Closed In – Opening Up

I have had many kitchens in my life and my examination of this unique space has never been as pointed as it is now. We are working in our kitchens, teaching in our kitchens, caring for loved ones in our kitchens and upon occasion even cooking in our kitchens. My musings have led me to a few essential elements as we together ponder getting more out of the spaces we inhabit.
